Cards

  1. Log into your CASSIC PAY app, click Cards.
  2. Select Physical Card.
  3. Click Activate (look for your Activation Code 12-digit number behind your physical card).

Transactions

  1. Log into your CASSIC PAY app.
  2. Click “Transaction” to view your transaction history.

Log into your CASSIC PAY app Home Page to view Account Balance.

Your virtual account will be activated immediately.

Wallet

CASSIC PAY is an all-in-one mobile app that offers payments solution. Payment at retail stores, F&B, supermarkets or merchants that accept MasterCard payment.

You need to have a valid mobile number, identity document, and proof of address. Identity documents collected should be original and government-issued, bear the photograph of the individual and also consist of the below attributes:

  • Full name (and any aliases) as per government issued identity document
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth
  • ID number
  • Residential address (if not available on identity document, separate proof of address required)
  • Identity document expiry date (if applicable)

Both front and back copies of user’s identity document (except passports where only front page is required) have to be submitted.

Proof of address documents must:

  • Be dated within 3 months
  • Be full width
  • Contain the issuer company name and logo
  • Contain the name and full address of the receiver and
  • Contain purpose of issue (if applicable)

Acceptable proof of address includes utility bills, telco bills, bank statements, correspondence from a government agency. Sensitive information such as account balances may be redacted.

All documents must be in English.

Yes. A valid passport document can be submitted, along with a separate proof of address in English (dated within 3 months). Proof of address requirements can be found above.

No. Each valid Singapore NRIC/FIN/Employment Pass/S Pass is entitled to ONE CASSIC PAY account.

CASSIC PAY account is by invitation only.

Yes, the CASSIC PAY app is free. There is no fees and charges to download and install the app.

You can download from CASSIC PAY app on Google Play Store or Apple Store.

Each valid account may own up to 3 virtual cards.

Each valid account may apply for up to 1 physical card.

You may request for a physical card via sending request to [email protected].

You will receive 1 non-personalized physical card, within 14 days of submission. You will be notified by Cassic Pay on the Card delivery.

Yes. You may request it by sending email to [email protected].

The card expiry is printed on the physical card. Please check your card for the expiry date.

  1. Log into your CASSIC PAY app.
  2. Click “Add” to top up your account balance.

There is a maximum limit of US$250,000 per month.

You can pay using the CASSIC PAY physical card that is linked to your e-Wallet at any merchant who accepts MasterCard. Enter your 16-Digit CASSIC PAY card number on any online payment site or app.

  1. Log into your CASSIC PAY app.
  2. Click Send.
  3. Select Overseas, Local or Bank Transfer.
